• Jaggery (Gud– 1 part)
• Flowers / Fruit peels / Vegetable peels – 3 parts
• Water – 10 parts
• Plastic Container to store
Steps
- Mix everything together.
- Keep for 3 months.

- Keep it away from sunlight.
- Stir daily for first 3 weeks.
- Yeast formation is normal.
- Store it in plastic air tight container
